The Quinta do Lago Resort is a luxury residential and holiday coastline area of over 1.500 acres located to the west of Faro and the international airport. It has approximately three kilometres of sandy beach on its southern boarder. Inland there are four 18-hole championship golf courses set amongst the pine tree forest and discreetly lined with beautiful and spacious villas with exotic gardens. There are also five star hotels and holiday complexes with Spas. There are two shopping centres and a good selection of restaurants offering different cuisines.
